There are several routes for summiting Kilimanjaro however all routes provides beautiful sceneries to experience Kilimanjaro’s different vegetation zones as you trek up. While it is possible to summit for six (6) days, we native tours recommend 6 to 8days climbing to assist with altitude acclimatization.

7 DAYS | 6 NIGHTS MACHAME ROUTE

Marangu Route is also known as the “Coca Cola” or “tourist” route. It is the easiest and shortest route to the summit.

8 DAYS | 7 NIGHTS LEMOSHO ROUTE

The Lemosho variation is the ideal schedule for this route. On the 8 day Lemosho route, the trek from Barranco to Barafu.

7 DAYS | 6 NIGHTS MARANGU ROUTE

Marangu Route is also known as the “Coca Cola” or “tourist” route. It is the easiest and shortest route to the summit.

6 DAYS | 5 NIGHTS UMBWE ROUTE

Generally recommended for more fit and adventurous types, this route is very steep in the first 2 days.

7 DAYS | 6 NIGHTS RONGAI ROUTE

This is one of Kilimanjaro’s easiest routes, and it has become an increasingly popular route in recent years.
